　　All-in-One First-Strand Synthesis MasterMix是一款高效、便捷、減少污染的高質(zhì)量一鏈cDNA合成預(yù)混液，包含M-MLV GIII Reverse Transcriptase及其反應(yīng)Buffer、RNA酶抑制劑、dNTPs, Oligo(dT)??VN和隨機(jī)引物等一鏈cDNA合成所需的所有組分，僅需加入RNA模板和水即可開始反應(yīng)，操作非常方便。使用該逆轉(zhuǎn)錄預(yù)混液15分鐘內(nèi)最長可獲得12 kb大小的cDNA。
